Our mission at Peak Development Fitness is simple. We train hard, we enjoy ourselves, and we get dramatic and spectacular results.
Make no mistake, training with Peak Development Fitness is no walk in the park; results take hard graft. Nothing worth having is easy.

My name’s Paul, and I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach, and I’m really good at what I do.
Working in a bog-standard gym over a number of years was a huge eye-opener for me. I saw lots of crazy things and, more often than not, no change in members physically and mentally. I decided enough was enough, and realised I could help so many more people reach their true fitness potential, and so Peak Development Fitness was born.
To date I have transformed numerous clients and hte list just keeps growing. It’s pretty cool for me when I see my clients lost a lot of body fat to reveal the shape of their dreams and dramatically improve their self-confidence and self-happiness.
My role as your fitness coach isn’t just to tell you what to do and leave you to your own devices. My role is far more than that. I’m here to help you, listen to you and guide you. I’m your support, your encouragement and your accountability. Basically, I’m with you every step of the way.
I ensure you achieve all your aims, whether they’re physique-based, performance-based, or your deepest desire is simply to be fit and healthy and have a healthier relationship with food.
The thing that makes me different to other coaches out there is that I will NEVER do this at the expense of your health, your sanity and your enjoyment of life.
I really love my job, and I love waking up knowing my day involves helping people achieve what they thought was near impossible.
