So like with any coaching goal we need to find out what you’re looking to achieve & how I can help YOU?
So first we’d arrange a chat so I can find out more about you, your current fitness level and your fitness goal.
After that we can map out the coming months from holidays, training, work & get a full look at how we can optimise everything going forward to make sure you smash your fitness goal.
What’s important with this process is to remember it’s not just a plan.
The coaching I provide is a step by step process to make sure you get the best results possible.
Rather than just a plan with no accountability.
Training - via your own very own app
You get training all tailored towards you based upon how many days per week you can train, the length you can do for each session, the volume you need etc. It's in depth and all tailored to you. So whether that's 3,4,5,6 days a week the training split will be designed around your life and not the other way around. All likes, dislikes are catered for and how long you can train per day.
The same applies with cardio also along the journey.
Nutrition - through your own app.
This is all set for you based on what I feel would benefit your goals & your physique, this gets changed weekly if needed through your check in's alongside cardio, steps and anything I feel is needed. You’ll have your calories & macros set , a list of all foods I would recommend and why.
A big part of my coaching is teaching what will benefit you more with nutrition & how to get the most from it, we will work together on this daily if needed.
And depending on your calorie knowledge, we’ll start off slow and build you to the point where you’re confidently tracking protein & calories
Weekly check in’s - You’ll have your weekly check in with me.
This is huge for keeping you accountable to long term goals so you have an idea of what you need to focus on each and every week.
This is done weekly and the feedback is done via your app and voice notes. ( simply fill in the form , attach pictures and that’s it) it’s very simple. From that you can really see the details I go into & changes I could make ( if required) so you get to the start of each week knowing what you need to do to get results.
It keeps you accountable & allows for you to feel confident at the start of each week knowing what to do.
Support & contact - You’ll get what’s app support through the week so you can drop any questions day or night, again this is like having a coach in your pocket for any question or event so you're accountable no matter what, even those weekends where social events take place & you need the advice on how to navigate it.
You can even send me videos of your lifts so i can check your lifts are safe and the intensity is where it needs to be, this is good for you & for me as it gives me the chance to see how safe your lifts are & how they are performed.
Catch Up Call every month
And you’ll have catch up call (Normally over zoom) with me every month to make sure the plan is all in place, you’re happy with what you're doing & we’re working towards the goals we’ve set.
So the investment in yourself with coaching is a monthly fee of 150 per month, this is payable through the app on a monthly basis. ( no long term contracts, cancel any time) paid via stripe.
I recommend staying with it for a minimum of 3 months to get the best results possible, but often clients stay for much longer as the results tend to speak for themselves.
My goal with coaching is to arm you with enough knowledge to be able to get results on your own, so when you feel confident enough to take the reins yourself you can do it.
