I’m Paul — a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach with over 13 years of experience helping men and women get stronger, leaner and more confident through simple, structured coaching that actually works.
I started my career in a busy commercial gym, and it didn’t take long to realise something wasn’t right.
People were showing up, working hard… and getting nowhere.
No structure.
No accountability.
No real coaching.
I knew there was a better way — a way to help people make real, lasting progress without the confusion, the overwhelm or the constant starting over.
That’s why I created Peak Development Fitness.

As I was approaching 40 I decided to give something new a go – weight training. I contacted Paul and was impressed not only by his expertise in training and nutrition but also by the passion with which he spoke about these.
