Calling All Ladies: Two Friends, One Goal, No Excuses

Training on your own is hard to stick to. Training with someone who wants the same thing as you, at the same time as you, is a different story.

If you and a friend, sister, or cousin are both ready to lose weight, get fit, and keep each other on track, you can train together in my studio. Same programme, same session, same coach, the whole way through.

What you get:

• One programme built around your shared goal, so you’re training together, not just at the same time
• Full coaching attention for the both of you, every session
• Your own nutritional plan each
• Weekly and daily goals to keep you on track
• Support throughout the week. Question, wobble, whatever it is, message me and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can

Why it works:

Two people with the same goal push each other. On the days you’d talk yourself out of it, she won’t let you, and the same goes the other way. That’s worth more than any programme on paper.

Who it’s for:

Two women with a similar goal, similar starting point, and a bit of craic between them. If that’s you and someone you know, get in touch.

Sessions and location:

Based at my home studio in Tubber, Co. Clare, training clients across North Clare and South Galway, including Gort, Kinvara, Crusheen, and Ennis.

Price of coaching

8 sessions, €400 total, €200 each.

That’s a real saving compared to booking 1-1 separately, and you’ve got a training partner with you the whole way.

Availability:

I’m currently full in the evenings, but I’ve spots open through the morning and early afternoon, a great time to get stuck into your sessions together and push each other on. If that suits your schedule,  please get in touch.

Good to know. A Few Ground Rules 

As it’s a shared session, if one of you can’t make it but the other can, the session still runs and counts as used for both of you. Same as all my clients, I need 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes, otherwise it counts as used too.
